Overview
Development and sales of 920 MHz band LPWA (Low Power Wide Area) wireless modules, together with one-stop IoT system development. Technical Features
- 920 MHz band LPWA wireless: Chirp spread-spectrum modulation enables long-range communication with low-power radio signals. Operates as a specified low-power radio station — no license required (429 MHz band also supported). Line-of-sight range of several tens of kilometers; several kilometers in urban environments. Minimum receive level of −142 dBm allows reception of signals below the noise floor.
- Single-chip RF + MCU integration (STM32WL): Achieves cost reduction and miniaturization of ultra-low-power modules with virtually no compromise in RF performance. Power consumption is low enough to run on two AAA batteries for more than ten years — the module sleeps by default and activates the radio only when needed.
- LoRa / FSK switching: LoRa and FSK modulation can be switched via command. Bandwidth (BW) and spreading factor (SF) settings allow the trade-off between data rate and communication range to be optimized.
- Private LoRa support: Configurable as end unit ↔ gateway ↔ LTE/Ethernet ↔ server/cloud. By omitting the LoRaWAN network server layer, the solution eliminates over-the-air communication costs and allows full customization and optimization. Modules compliant with LoRaWAN (Ver. 1.0.4) are also available.
- Product lineup: 920 MHz band LoRa/FSK modules (single-chip integrated type and legacy-compatible type), add-on modules for gateways, LoRa wireless units with RS-485 / 4–20 mA interfaces, hybrid routers integrating wired and wireless connectivity, and evaluation/development kits.
